Services included:

  • All protected species surveys:  bats, birds, plants, arthropods, mussels, and fish
  • Regulatory document preparation: Biological Assessment, Biological Evaluation, and Resource Report 3 with associated data requests
  • Additional U.S. Forest Service consultation:  tree survey and site index, management indicator and locally rare species assessments, and preparation of detailed sedimentation analysis ensuring compliance with the Forest’s Management Plan
  • Habitat Equivalency Analysis:  identified environmental impacts and quantity mitigation necessary to achieve no net loss
  • Project-wide Restoration Plan
  • Migratory Bird Conservation Plan and completion of associated construction nest monitoring
  • Compilation and management of Time of Year Restrictions and environmental commitments associated with listed species and sensitive environmental resources

ESI continues to provide environmental monitoring support and completion of RTE surveys for associated project variances.
