ESI completed regulatory compliance for rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species, wetlands, and cultural resources for the Red Oak Pipeline project, an approximate 650-mile interstate crude pipeline crossing Oklahoma and Texas.
Services included:
- Protected species surveys: birds, fish, invertebrates, small mammals, and plants
- Regulatory document and application preparation: Pre-Construction Notification with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District, Individual Project Package (IPP) for the American Burying Beetle Industry Conservation Plan to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Marl Sand and Gravel Permit, and county floodplain permit application
- Wetland delineation: completed along approximately 360 miles of alignment
- Cultural resource surveys: managed field activities along approximately 360 miles of alignment
